We aim to have your listings live in about a week. Timing depends on how quickly purchases are approved, any repairs the walkthrough turns up, photographer scheduling, and, if you are switching, your current manager's notice period.

FAQ

Onboarding questions, answered

We aim to have your listings live in about a week. The main things that affect timing are how quickly you approve the readiness plan, any repairs the walkthrough turns up, photographer scheduling, and, if you are switching, your current manager's notice period.

Three things: complete the intake form, give us access for the walkthrough, and approve your home's readiness plan. Your coordinator handles the cleaning, photography, listings, and pricing, and keeps you updated on what is done and what comes next.

Only what you approve. After the walkthrough we recommend the items and fixes your home needs to be guest-ready and explain why. Nothing is purchased without your OK.

We plan the handoff with you. That means checking your current contract's notice period, making sure confirmed reservations are honored, confirming who owns the listings and photos, and setting a handoff date so there is no gap between managers.

A dedicated onboarding coordinator, from intake to launch. Once your home is live, a dedicated account manager is your ongoing point of contact.

Yes. Tell us your dates during intake, and once you are live you can see reservations and block dates for your own stays.
